This hidden gem needs some TLC, no doubt, but it's a well made home with great floor plan, many expensive upgrades that don't necessarily help a showing, but you'd be glad they were done (i.e. new vinyl replacement windows, roof is newer, tankless gas water heater, etc.) and a yard you can actually run in, throw a ball, or camp in.
Foundation work was done due to some settling on the front, right side of the home and all work has a warranty which can be transferred to the new owner.
